Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ventoutt.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Neuniverse Networks  ("we" and "us") is the operator of Ventoutt.com ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

 

 General 

 We provide a medium through which users can access the products and place orders. Orders placed from our website are handled directly by the sellers and not by us. We only provide discounts and offers on the products on our platform whereas the handling completely lies with the brand/supplier/distributor. We hold no liability further on. Ventoutt is only working as a mediator. We only take your order and pass it on to the seller, the remaining process is handled by the seller. Ventoutt also disclaims all responsibility for any hurt, damage, or accident caused by the use of products.

 
Delivery time: The estimated delivery time  is 3-6 days depending upon the accessibility of your location in India. For locations outside India, it usually takes 15-30 days. For actual delivery time, kindly refer to the product listing.
 

 Returns

 

Products are returnable during the return window if a user obtains a product that is physically damaged, has missing components or accessories, is defective, or differs from their description on the product detail page, according to the Terms & Conditions that Sellers agree upon. A specific category's products could all have varying return policies. Before placing an order for a product, users are required to review and confirm the return policy.

 

In case of a change of mind, the discretion of sellers will be applicable. 

 

If a user decides to return an electronic device that saves personal information, he or she is responsible for making sure that all personal information is removed from the device and that it is returned with its factory default settings. Ventoutt disclaims all responsibility for any improper use of this information.

The returns/replacement policy specified on the product page should take precedence over the general returns policy for all products. If there are any exceptions to this returns policy, please go to the product page for the specific item's appropriate return/replacement policy. A product may occasionally be 'non-returnable'. When this occurs, the product page will clarify, and the user cannot later request a return or replacement. 

In case the Seller is unable to provide a replacement for the product, in that case, a refund will be provided. Return shipping will be paid and arranged by the CUSTOMER/SELLER. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be refunded to the same payment method OR processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

Ventoutt is responsible for setting up the resolution of consumers' concerns and sending them to the Sellers. The Sellers are ultimately responsible for replacement or refund.

 

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following steps must be taken:

  1. The request for a refund must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date and the product must reach the vendor within 14 days. 

  2. Return will only be processed if:

    1. It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;

    2. The product is not different from what was shipped to you; and

    3. The product is returned in the condition that it was received including the original box, MRP tag, user manual, warranty card, and all accessories)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on product cost and the final destination of the delivery of the items in the order.  Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

 

Actions turn around time

Once we are intimated about any query/help/feedback or any related issue, we have the right to take action on it as per our timeline and as per law. In case of a delay of events/activities, it is your sole responsibility to remind us and get the action executed. 

 

 

Duties & Taxes

 Import Duties & Taxes

 

 

For international shipments, import duties & taxes may be required to be paid. pre-calculate these costs and display them at checkout and give customers the choice of pre-paying these duties and taxes, or choosing to pay them separately upon arrival in your destination country. encourage customers to pre-pay duties and taxes as pre-paying these will facilitate a faster delivery time as they will be less likely to be subject to delays at customs at their destination country.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
